When do I need to place my order?
You are welcome to place an order at any time! Order for pick up need to be placed by 4pm for the following days pick up.
Our order cut off for home deliveries is mid night Wednesday, for that Saturdays delivery.
When will my order be delivered?
Our home delivery day is Saturday for all Brisbane Metro Orders. We do have the option of selecting an am or a pm delivery and we can work around a morning or afternoon delivery.
Our home deliveries are tacked with text message automation, so you will receive a message with an ETA for your delivery.
Is there a minimum order?
We have no order minimum for pick up orders.
Our order minimum for home delivery is $80. We do charge a $15 delivery charge as all of our orders are home delivered in accredited refrigerated vehicles so that your order is kept cold to your door.
All order $150 and over receive Free Delivery.
Do you deliver to my area?

My suburb is not within your delivery area. How can I get an order?
We would love to hear from you if you are interested in placing an order for home delivery, and we don’t currently deliver to your area. Please contact firstname.lastname@example.org and we may be able to organise a delivery to you or add your suburb to our regular delivery area. Alternatively, you can place an order to pick up from our pick-up point.
Is there a delivery fee?
Our delivery fee is $15 for order under $150. Order $150 and offer receive free delivery.
All of our home deliveries are done in accredited refrigerated vehicles so that your order is kept cold all the way until it gets to your door.
How is my order delivered?
All of our orders are packed into sustainable Wool Cool boxes with biodrgradable sheets wool insulation to keep your order cool.
Wool fibres are incredibly effective at absorbing moisture from the air which minimises humidity and condensation to maintain stable temperatures. The polyethylene wrap which encloses the wool in Woolcool is micro-perforated to allow the fibres to breathe and create the natural cooling system.
We also pack orders with recyclable gel packs which together with the wool insulation, keep your order at optimal temperature for over 24hours.
The wool is sustainable, recyclable, compostable and biodegradable. The polyethylene wrap is also recyclable. If the Woolcool cannot be re-used as it is, the wool can be recycled and re-used or put to many good uses from lagging pipes to insulating garden plants from the frost or as mulch!
What do I do if something is missing from my order?
If you receive your order and find that something is missing, please contact our office straight away on 03193 9998 or email@example.com.
What happens if I’m not home when my delivery arrives?
If you know you won’t be at home at the time of delivery, please advise in our delivery instructions where you would like your order to be left, ideally somewhere cool and out of the sun.
We try to avoid leaving orders outside, although understand that you have other commitments and sometimes this is unavoidable. Each of our orders is packed and delivered in an insulated Wool Cool box and ice packs. Testing has proven that these boxes and insulation can keep orders at optimum temperature for 24 hours and over.
All orders are also tracked with text message automation so you will know roughly when to expect your order.
If we deliver your order and no one is home, we will send a confirmation message to advise that your order has been delivered and where it has been left. Alternatively, you can organise to have your order delivered to your workplace if it is within our delivery area.
I live in a unit or gated complex and won’t be home when the delivery arrives, what do I do?
If you live in an area which is gated or an apartment complex, please advise in our delivery instructions when placing your order, on any further information required for your order to be delivered. You can instruct for your order to be left at reception, with a friend or neighbour, or a designated place by you.
What are your payment options?
We take payment via PayPal or Stripe. This gives you an option for payment and are both convenient and secure payment methods.
Can I pick up my order?
Yes of course! We have a pick up option online when placing orders, so you can simply order online for pick up on your selected day, and we will have your order ready for you to collect when you get here.
We have the option pick up from Monday through to Saturday and pick up is from our store in Capalaba, Unit 4/14 Christine Place Capalaba QLD.
How are your products packaged?
All of our products are packaged in cryvaced BPA free bags, ensuring the longest shelf life for a fresh product. This means you can keep your order in the fridge, and don’t have to worry about defrosting meat when you want to use it. All of our meat has a ‘best before’ date labelled on the packet, which gives you a rough guideline as to how long the meat can be stored in your fridge. If you don’t use your product by the best before, then you can simply pop it into the freezer.
Being a natural product, there is no set use by date, we give a product ‘best before’. If you know you won’t use your meat by its best before date, we recommend putting it in the freezer. We do our best to send all products fresh, however sometimes we can send frozen stock. We will seperate frozen stock in your order so that you know what is fresh and what is frozen.
The only products which will be delivered frozen, are the bones and in some cases, the organic poultry. We only do this as these products have a very short fresh shelf life.
