Full of flavour, this cut of meat is very popular in Brazil. The rump cap has a decent amount of fat coverage to keep it moist, while packing plenty of flavour.
Perfect for the BBQ or you can do as a beef roast in the oven. Simply sear either side of the meat to brown, then leave to slow cook on the BBQ or in the oven. Cook for roughly 20 minutes per 500g. This meat will give you a delicious flavourful roast.
