Organic Chicken & Roast Garlic Rissoles. The best thing about these rissoles, is that they consist purely of certified organic meat and seasoning. We break down the whole chook, and run all of the meat through the mincer adding organic chicken skin for an amazing flavour. We then add organic oven roasted garlic, Himalayan salt and pepper.
