Organic Chicken & Mushroom Rissoles

The best thing about these rissoles, is that they consist purely of certified organic meat and seasoning. We break down the whole chook, and run all of the meat through the mincer adding chicken skin for an amazing flavour. We then add organic spinach, shallots, shiitake mushrooms, Himalayan salt, pepper & seasoning.
