You are welcome to place an order at any time! Our order cut off for home deliveries is 6am Wednesday, for that Fridays delivery. 

We process all orders fresh to order. At 6am on Wednesday, we start processing all orders for that week cutting them all fresh to order.  Any orders placed after our 6am cutt off miss this fresh production and will be delivered the following week.

All home delivery orders are delivered every Friday if you are in Brisbane, the Gold Coast or Sunshine Coast. More remote hinterland locations are delivered the following Monday through to Thursday. The delivery day for your area will be displayed when placing your online order on the checkout page. You will also recieve an email confirmation once your order is placed which shows your delivery day. Our deliveries occur from 7am to 6pm. If you are getting your order delivered to a business address and will be leaving by a certain time, please write in your delivery notes that you require your order by a certain time. A text with a tracking link for your delivery is sent out the night before, which gives you a rough ETA for your delivery so that you can plan your day and keep an eye out for your order when delivered.

We have no order minimum for home delivery.

All of our orders are home delivered in accredited refrigerated vehicles so that your order is kept nice and cold and refrigerated to your door. 

We take payment via Visa Card, Credit Card, Amex, GPay, Apple Pay or Paypal. This gives you an option for payment and are both convenient and secure payment methods.

We currently deliver to Brisbane, the Gold Coast and Sunshine Coast and surrounding Hinterland locations.

Monday delivery - Logan / Mount Tamborine / Jimboomba

Tuesday delivery - Sunshine Coast Hinterland / Boonah / Warwick

Wednesday delivery - Toowoomba

(please note, due to the location, Boonah & Warwick do incur a $40 shipping charge, orders $500 and over will receive free shipping) 

Thursday delivery - Northern Rivers NSW / Bribie Island / Sandstone Point

We would love to hear from you if you are interested in placing an order for home delivery, and we don’t currently deliver to your area. Please contact sales@ausorganicmeatco.com.au  and we may be able to organise a delivery to you or add your suburb to our regular delivery area. Alternatively, you can email an order for pick up in store, or simply shop in store without the need to order.

If you receive your order and find that something is missing, please contact our office straight away on 3193 9998 or sales@ausorganicmeatco.com.au.

If you know you won’t be at home at the time of delivery, please advise in our checkout notes where you would like your order to be left, ideally somewhere cool and out of the sun.

Each of our orders is packed and delivered in an insulated Wool Cool box and ice packs. Testing has proven that this compostable insulation keeps the meat at optimum temperature for 24 hours and over. This means, that you don’t have to be home to receive your order, it is safe to sit outside and will keep at the ideal temperature for some time.

If we deliver your order and no one is home, we will send a confirmation message to advise that your order has been delivered.

Alternatively, you can organise to have your order delivered to your workplace if it is within our delivery area.

If you live in an area which is gated or an apartment complex, please advise in our delivery instructions when placing your order, on any further information required for your order to be delivered. You can instruct for your order to be left at reception, with a friend or neighbour, or a designated place by you.

If no notes are left at the checkout when placing an order and you live in a unit or complex, then the order may be left at a central place at your complex.

We no longer have the option of placing an order online for pick up.

Our retail store is open Monday through to Saturday and you can find us in Capalaba at Unit 4/14 Christine Place Capalaba QLD.

All of our orders are packed into sustainable Wool Cool boxes with biodrgradable sheets wool insulation to keep your order cool.

Wool fibres are incredibly effective at absorbing moisture from the air which minimises humidity and condensation to maintain stable temperatures. The polyethylene wrap which encloses the wool in Woolcool is micro-perforated to allow the fibres to breathe and create the natural cooling system.

We also pack orders with recyclable gel packs which together with the wool insulation, keep your order at optimal temperature for over 24hours.

The wool is sustainable, recyclable, compostable and biodegradable. The polyethylene wrap is also recyclable. If the Woolcool cannot be re-used as it is, the wool can be recycled and re-used or put to many good uses from lagging pipes to insulating garden plants from the frost or as mulch!

All of our products are packaged in cryvaced BPA free bags, ensuring the longest shelf life for a fresh product. This means you can keep your order in the fridge, and don’t have to worry about defrosting meat when you want to use it. All of our meat has a ‘best before’ date labelled on the packet, which gives you a rough guideline as to how long the meat can be stored in your fridge. If you don’t use your product by the best before, then you can simply pop it into the freezer.

Being a natural product, there is no set use by date, we give a product ‘best before’. If you know you won’t use your meat by its best before date, we recommend putting it in the freezer. We do our best to send all products fresh, however sometimes we can send frozen stock. We will seperate frozen stock in your order so that you know what is fresh and what is frozen.

The only products which will be delivered frozen, are the bones and in some cases, the organic poultry. We only do this as these products have a very short fresh shelf life.
