The perfect combination of organic lamb, pumpkin and rosemary, we've balanced the flavours so this classic has a subtle sweetness from the pumpkin. The pumpkin also helps to bind the mince and seasoning together when making the sausages instead of using sausage meal. Made using pure certified organic lamb mince, oven roasted pumpkin, red wine vinegar, Himalayan salt, pepper and rosemary, run into a natural collagen casing.
