Cut from the shortloin, the t-bone steak is a similar cut to the sirloin/porterhouse, but on the bone. T-Bones cook up great on the BBQ and the bone gives the tender meat a great flavour! Would definitely recommend giving this cut a try if you love your rib fillet or sirloin steaks!
