Also known as Scotch Fillet, Rib Fillet comes from the rib section. A popular cut of beef, Rib Fillet is well marbled with a medium fat content. Juicy and flavourful, a great cut to grill or sear over high heat, and perfect for the barbecue. Can also be used to make a delicious & tender roast.

Our beef is grass fed and finished certified organic, exclusively from OBE Organic. Ethically and sustainably produced.
