Our standard delivery charge for any orders under $100 is $10, and any orders over $100 receive a free delivery.
On your initial order, all customers are asked to purchase a Styrofoam box which costs $5. This encourages all of our customers to recycle the boxes, as we just ask that you leave your Styrofoam box outside when you receive your next order, and continue to recycle the boxes, reducing the impact on the environment.
After ordering online, you will receive an email confirmation of your order. Once your order has been placed, you are unable to alter the delivery details.
Customers will receive one delivery per order and delivery days and addresses can not be altered. You can not alter your set delivery day for your area and there are no changes to our delivery schedule. Australian Natural Food Co can not give or adhere to a request for a specific delivery time. Weekly cut off times and delivery days differ depending on your location. Please see our delivery locations to confirm your delivery day and time frame.
All of our orders are delivered in our Safe Foods accredited vehicle to ensure they are kept at their optimum temperature before delivery.
Australian Natural Food Co accepts no liability for the loss or deterioration of any goods once they have been delivered. This is why we advise on instructing a safe place for your order to be left if you know you won’t be home at the time of delivery. If you have placed your order and haven’t advised on any special delivery instructions and know you are going to be out at the time of your delivery, then please message us on 0408 630 174, and notify of a safe place you would like your order to be left.
We strive to provide our customers with the best quality products, ensuring you receive fresh, superior organic meats and sensational free-range, chemical free smallgoods. However, if you receive your order and there is something you are unhappy with, or there has been an error with your order, then please contact us within 48 hours of your delivery. Please note, that Australian Natural Food Co will not replace or provide a refund for any products ordered by mistake.
Our products are portion based and all weights are approximate. We aim to get the portioned weight as close as possible, although being a natural product, this can be very difficult. There may be some slight variances with the weights, although we do our best to get them as close as possible.
